Location Acolman, México, Mexico As **Administrative Assistant**, you will prepare shipment reports and incident reports, managing requests for out-of-town units, following up on incidents, and generating the in-transit units report. You will report to our Warehouse Supervisor. You will be located at the Tepexpan plant. LI-Onsite **Main Responsibilities**
- Create the effectiveness report
- Prepare shipment reports
- Create orders in ORACLE
- Plan shipments in OTM
- Prepare and follow up on incident reports
- Handle requests for out-of-town units
- Manage the in-transit units report **Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience (minimum requirement): 1-2 years in related positions, with responsibilities such as reporting, invoicing, team management, and incident follow-up.
- Required knowledge**:Quality standards (ISO ****:****), methodologies (Ishikawa, A3s, 5 Whys), experience in administrative roles (reporting, follow-ups)
