The role ensures timely, organized, and quality hiring outcomes. Post, manage, and optimize job ads on Indeed and LinkedIn. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. Screen resumes and directly engage qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone and video interviews. Recruiting Budget Management Forecast and manage job posting budgets. Monitor cost efficiency and sourcing performance.
