Focusing on prevention and providing a fast response to any concern. **YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Primary interface between customer and manufacturing plant
- Coordinate with the Quality Engineer the implementation of plant containment measures for quality issues reported by the customer.
- Internally, you will act as an expert in the specific requirements of the client related to the product, process, and expectations for everything related to quality.
- Coordinate and ensure effective closure of all corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality problems. **TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Leadership, proactive, focused on results.
- 4 years working in the function within a manufacturing environment, working in automotive industry.
- Knowledge in customer portals (BMW, Mercedes, Nisan)
- Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, problem solving, customer requirements.
- Fluent English LI-DNI
