Job Summary Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and achieve organizational goals. Duties / Responsibilities Lead and oversee all plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution. Main responsible for final results of the entire organization. Prepares, negotiates and manages the company's objectives and budgets, as well as strategies and action plans to meet these objectives. Validates and authorizes the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the company. Determines the execution of the organization's administrative policies through directors, deputy directors, or subordinate managers. Ensures the optimal operation of the functional areas of the company. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and maximize output. Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards while controlling costs and maintaining efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety awareness among all employees. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with supply chain partners to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Manage inventory accuracy and control measures, minimizing waste and inventory carrying costs. Represents the company in industrial, commercial, or service associations to develop an acceptance of it, as well as detect situations or trends that may affect the company. Education and Experience Demonstrated 5 years of experience in General Manager roles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Fluent in English. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes. Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data‐driven decisions to achieve organizational objectives. Proficiency in computing, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Ability to work in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and safety standards. Work Schedule Full‐time.
