- Lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions to our client, emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement
- This position will participate and focus on Maximo solutions through all delivery lifecycle stages of a typical software implementation or upgrade
- You will be working directly with stakeholders in a global capacity and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing
- You will be empowered to share your expertise and contribute to solutions that shape the future
- Lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Participate in all stages of software implementation or upgrade
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with general teams via phone and web conferencing
- Mentor junior team members on Maximo development
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical grid operations. **What you’ll bring**:
- 6+ years of Maximo Development/Configuration Experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation
- 6+ years supporting Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Configuration, and Deployment activities
- 6+ years assisting with timely development and implementation of all system stages
- 6+ years of experience with custom implementations to the Maximo COTS model
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
- Proven experience in Utilities (preferred), Facilities Management, or Aviation sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Maximo Development
