IT Technician (Aguascalientes)

**IT Technician** **What you’ll do**: Provide first call resolution support during production shift. IT basic infrastructure support to facility office users. Depends on MES level 2 and Lan admin. Key employee to first level support and local infrastructure. Monitor L2L dispatch to provide on-time support to production cell based on MES targets to support KPI. Close local and MES ServiceNet incidents and requests based on infrastructure targets to support KPI.
