Quality Management System Supervisor (Aguascalientes)

Quality Management System Supervisor What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate QMS implementations and milestone tracking across facilities and departments.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain QMS training, checklists, and system documentation.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits; verify closure of findings to applicable standards.
- Support corrective actions and work closely with plant teams to ensure system effectiveness.
- Prepare and coordinate Management Reviews, including third‑party and customer audits. What is required:
- Engineering degree with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Certified Internal Auditor with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditing experience.
- Solid understanding of document control and QMS compliance requirements.
- Adaptable professional with basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and continuous improvement practices.
