- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitoring cost structures, variances, and profitability to support decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations.
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparing financial statements.
- Partnering with plant leadership on investment analysis, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Leading and developing the plant finance team.
- Providing timely financial reporting and insights to regional and corporate stakeholders.
- Supporting ERP systems and digital finance initiatives. Perfil buscado Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, including team management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
