Head of Finance (m/f/d) (Aguascalientes)

Job Responsibilities Oversee daily financial reporting and general ledger bookings Manage cash flow and banking relationships Enforce strict adherence to internal control approval procedures and ERP (SAP) processes Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with HQ finance; conduct monthly KPI reviews and drive corrective actions for budget vs. vigente variances together with cross-functional departments Monitor local tax compliance, product costing, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) Provide strategic financial controlling and management insights to support business growth and operational decisions at the Mexico plant.

People Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline Mindset: Open-minded, able to act independently as a finance leader; proactively drive KPIs and processes rather than being reactive Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience: Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including solid hands-on exposure to SAP systems Functional expertise: Proven track record in financial accounting, financial reporting, cost management, budgeting, SAP process management, financial analysis, and controlling Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5uy88x
