Software Business Analyst (Aguascalientes)

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Work independently but with support from Product Managers.
- Work with vendor partners and cross‑functional teams. Individuals will be expected to work remotely.
- Process Mapping: document end‑to‑end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
- Solution Design & Validation: partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
- Test and validate work to ensure end‑to‑end system integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
- Agile & Remote Collaboration: participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro to manage remote collaboration.
- Documentation & Reporting: maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, acceptance criteria, and change logs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education or training in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software or SaaS environments like Concur and GetThere.
- Specific knowledge of products such as Concur, Citric, GetThere, Deem, and Seriko.
- Must have experience with GetThere.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
