Training Coach (Aguascalientes)

Training Coach What you’ll do: Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered. Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate register and document training activities in the company. Responsible for imparting training required and necessary to maintain the optimum level of competence of production employees. Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and support to Trainers and trainees. Follow-up on certifications/recertification process. All other tasks arising for the improvement and implementation of the goals and objectives for training development of production personnel.
- Developing skills of Production Operators guiding them to fulfill their roles and goals.
- Reports, System Updates, Training, assessing and Documenting.

- Kappa Certification and detection
- Registration and Maintaining Training Documents
- Tracking all training in data base and ensuring are completed
