Operations Training (Aguascalientes)

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training located in Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Training Manager, improve and implement training processes following industry standards and innovative methods to facilitate the achievement of training metrics at the plant level. Typical Day
- Weekly monitoring of approximately 40 training metrics.
- Timely and direct follow-up with organizations on training metrics to ensure timely and proper compliance.
- Support to the Operations Training Specialist in identifying specific training for each area and managing this training.
- Daily monitoring of the Quality Management System training follow-up through the CQ (Compliance Quest) platform to ensure compliance. Required Experience
- High school diploma.
- Experience in training people or communicating information to groups.
- Office skills: data entry, office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems. What you’ll receive
