Financial Planning Analyst (Aguascalientes)

The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analyzing the company’s finance and expenses. Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad‑hoc reports, and tools
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self‑accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
