Supervise driver activities and ensure adherence to logistics programs and maintenance schedules. Coordinate essential services and fuel/urea assignments to maintain fleet functionality. Generate transport status reports for service areas, customers, and suppliers. Report and document incidents, anomalies, and process deviations. Who We're Looking for Required: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics. English Basic Strong skills in teamwork, decision-making, and data analysis. Proficiency in Windows software and report/presentation tools. Ability to perform work onsite at Aguascalientes Components Plant. Experience with Fleet Management Systems and route optimization. Familiarity with inventory and materials handling processes. Understanding of production lines and operational balancing. Skills in operations research and quantitative decision-making. Strong cross-departmental communication and leadership abilities.
