Franchise Business Developer
- Aguascalientes, MéxicoAbout the RoleAre you a strategic "Farmer" who also loves the art of "Hunting"? At Di Di, we are building a brand-new business model for the mobility industry in Mexico, and we need a Franchise Business Developer to be the engine of this expansion.In this role, you won't just be selling; you will be an architect of growth. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities. You will act as a business consultant, helping your partners grow from "0 to 100" while ensuring the highest operational standards.What You'll Do- Strategic Hunting: Actively prospect and close deals with new high-potential franchise partners (SMEs, fleet owners, or entrepreneurs).
- Business Farming: Once a partner is onboarded, you'll lead their growth. You'll help them optimize costs, improve recruitment, and scale their operations.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end relationship, from initial onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
- Data-Driven Consulting: Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to your partners.
- Be the Face of Di Di: Spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market.What We're Looking For- Experience: 4+ years in Business Development, Key Account Management (KAM), or Sales.
- Industry Background: We'd love candidates from Corporate Banking (Py ME), Fleet/Leasing Management, or Franchise Development.
- Mindset: A mix of commercial "grit" to open new markets and an analytical mind to manage a portfolio.
- Tools: Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
- Languages: Native Spanish. Basic English is a plus.
