Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite – Aguascalientes, Mexico Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Level: B2/C2 English Level: AdvancedAbout the Role We are looking for a skilled SDET to join our Testing Practice in Aguascalientes. This role is idóneo for someone with a strong background in software testing, automation, and backend systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through rigorous testing and collaboration with agile teams.Key Responsibilities
· Design and execute functional and automated tests for backend systems.
· Test REST APIs using tools like Postman.
· Collaborate with developers and QA engineers in agile environments.
· Identify test scenarios and set up environments for testing.
· Use Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Java Script.
· Experience with REST API testing.
· Proficiency in Postman or similar tools.
· Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban).
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Solid experience in Functional Testing.Desired/Plus Skills
· Experience with Newman.
· Understanding of CI/CD processes.
· Knowledge of performance and security testing.
· Familiarity with Selenium and other testing frameworks.Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
