*Location: Tlaxcala 1(Acuamanala): Via Corta Santa Ana Puebla No. Km 17.5. Tlaxcala, , Mexico. *% on site. *Morning availabilities. What will you do?
- Support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Assist in plant cost tracking and variance analysis (labor, material, overhead).
- Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Support month-end close.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI/SAP/Tableau is a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (in progress), grad date: June or later.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and cost accounting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is a plus.
