Plant Director Assistant (Tlaxcala)

Responsibilities:

Keep the activity schedule up to date and ensure compliance with requisitions arising from General Management.

Provide internal and external customer service, manage the executive calendar, and coordinate calls and meetings.

Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders (P.O.s), advanced payments, travel expenses, and expenses reports (both national and international).

Plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars) for both national and international staff.

Organize corporate events, conferences, workshops, meetings, and visits.

Translate documents and communications (English, German, Spanish). Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, Languages, or related fields.

Experience, 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or international corporate environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Advanced English.

Advanced German (desirable). Benefits:
