- for you, your team, and the world.As a integral market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:EL Sales Support Special.Sales ProcessIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. **You will be mainly accountable for**:- Provide pre-sales support for ABB electrical distribution and control products- Promote ABB Sales opportunities by providing timely competitor-to-ABB product cross-reference support- Interact with Technology (R&D;), Supply Chain (factory) and Product Management to provide commercial solutions for customers- Work cross functionally with global teams- Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tool, Salesforce- Answer customer phone calls as needed**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other Engineering or relevant equivalent experience- Minimum of 2 years with ABB and GE products- In depth knowledge of ABB and GE and competitor residential, distribution, and control products, including load centers, transformers, modular metering, industrial breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and programming MODBUS- Strong team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
