Financial Sr. Fp&A Analyst (Ciudad Apodaca)

Responsible for developing and tracking business plan results and supports monthly business plan review.Leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with related functions for smooth / efficient execution.Optimizes business management process, conducts business analytics, drives smart transition to increase profitability Responsabilities: Manage and track performance for the Multi Billion $ ISG (infraestructur Solution Group) ESMB Organization.Design and implement new BMS to monitor performance and align with organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage key projects and initiatives.Provide recommendations to improve Financial and Operational performance.Drive the development of tools to optimize end to end business execution and performance tracking.Identify and lead projects to reduce cost, minimize inventory and increase profitability.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years in product/project management or software development.
