Warehouse SupervisorAbout Methode Electronics Inc.Description:Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor focus on the inventory sequence, assigning the necessary resources to finish in the required time according to the production standards, with the quality required by our clients and at the cost established by the organization.All these instructions, respecting procedures, work, quality plans and ensuring that workers have the necessary resources (machines, tools, safety equipment, training, etc.). This position supports all assembly, manufacturing and planning areas at our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:Position Responsibilities:Manage production staff, to achieve established programs.Define strategy to follow daily to comply with the warehouse sequence.Make the payroll of all the personnel in your charge, to ensure their adequate remuneration.Ensure that all production reports, BTS, downtime, scrap, etc.They are delivered in a timely manner.Carry out the evaluations of all warehouse personnel and deliver the results in a timely manner.Act as a point of contact with the support departments, to achieve the established production programs.Conduct absenteeism interviews and execute corrective actions, according to the organization's rules.Ensure compliance with the ISO IATF *****:**** and ISO*****:**** guidelines.Comply with internal company requirements.Contribute and raise awareness to the achievement of quality objectives / Handling of non-conforming material.Generate equal and fair treatment to all workers to generate a good coexistence within the organization.Required Qualifications:- Wide and demonstrable technical knowledge as Warehouse Supervisor
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Administration of warehouse processes in the automotive sector (Tier 1 preferably).
- Inventory processes (basic level).
