Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: 100% onsite full time. This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Lead and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Implement and monitor Lean tools such as 5S, time studies, and line balancing.
- Support the development and optimization of production layouts.
- Create and maintain visual management and operational management tools.
- Coordinate Kaizen teams and continuous improvement workshops.
- Monitor production output and analyze HR/HR performance data to identify top offenders and improvement opportunities.
- Support new product launch projects and production ramp-up activities.
- Provide support to the maintenance department to improve equipment efficiency and operational performance. Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)
- Active Student from engineering careers (graduation 2027)
- Conversational english
- Full time availability (monday to friday)
- Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Lean Manufacturing
