Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in and support the development, delivery and communication of programs, policies, practices and training that address matters related to employee engagement initiatives. Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience. Work closely with employees and leaders to promote company culture and employee engagement through various programs. The Work Model For The Role Is This role is contributing to the HR Team in Monterrey, N.L. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Event Planning & Coordination: Responsible for the planning and execution of at least twelve 1,500-person events a year.
- Own every aspect of an event, from venue choice to success metrics. Administrates budget, expenses and places purchase orders. Follows-up with vendors and ensures services & products are provided accordingly. Meets Engagement Calendar expectations and maintains timelines under control. Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event.
- Communication & Branding: Develop content for event materials such as invitations, promotion, results, etc. Act as an internal ABB brand ambassador engaging with all levels of employees.
- Culture Ambassador: Uphold the company’s mission and vision with every event. Promoter of the company’s values and policies.
- HR Solutions: Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Provide HR support hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders. Responsible for all engagement events for two site campus- (scope is aprox 1,500 employees- both hourly and salary). Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Recent graduated or entry-level.
- Communications skills in English language, both written and verbal (Bilingual English- Spanish)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
