Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México .

You will be mainly accountable for:

Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with the core team to standardize processes and develop best practices.

Administration of Connect Ideas system. Which consists of reviewing and evaluating the initiatives of the operational staff, managing initiatives with all departments and evaluating the execution of all approved ideas.

Execution and administration of the 5S's system. Evaluate compliance with weekly audits, develop dashboard charts and report results to the entire organization in conjunction with the continuous improvement team.

Participation and execution in kaizen events. Consists of participating in the kaizen events given by the continuous improvement department in order to learn and then plan the execution.

Create material for specific lean tool courses, share knowledge of the tools with hourly personnel.
