About the RoleWe're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Associate to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Scotch Porter, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day across DTC and Amazon.Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. This role is built for that path.RequirementsDirect experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer (3+ direct years)Hands-on inventory tracking experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level healthDemand planning chops: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across DTC and retail channelsVendor management experience coordinating with suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwardersComfort with the systems that run ops: inventory management platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and heavy spreadsheet workStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-directedComfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environmentSmart, coachable, and eager to grow fastBenefitsA real seat at the table.
