- while building a career filled with growth, balance, and purpose.We are looking for a Senior.NET Engineer to join an enablement team focused on architecture and enterprise solutions.This role goes beyond development, it requires a consultative mindset, a strong theoretical foundation, and the ability to explain what, how, and why behind technical decisions.The candidate must be able to design, analyze, and optimize scalable microservices-based solutions, as well as engage in deep technical discussions.To rock this role, you should: Design and develop microservices-based solutions using.NET.Explain and justify technical decisions (technologies, architectures, patterns). Implement and apply design patterns in distributed architectures.Design resilient, scalable, and concurrent solutions.Work with Azure Service Bus for asynchronous communication between services.Optimize performance at the SQL Server level.Resolve complex distributed systems scenarios (failover, resilience, data processing). Participate in deep technical discussions with technical stakeholders.What do you need to come aboard? Advanced experience with.NET and/or.NET Core.Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.Solid knowledge of distributed architecture, synchronous vs. asynchronous communication, scalability and concurrency.Experience applying design patterns such as CQRS, Saga, Repository, Circuit Breaker, Event-driven architecture.Ability to explain when to use each design pattern, alternatives, and trade-offs.Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus : Topics/Queues, DLQ (Dead Letter Queue), Error handling, Failure scenarios (e.g., downed services). Experience working with other messaging tools: Kafka , Rabbit MQ , etc.Deep understanding of asynchronous messaging.Solid knowledge of SQL Server : performance tuning, indexes, deadlocks, query optimization, temporary tables and table variables.Experience with Angular : project structure and basic components.Strong theoretical foundation (critical). Ability to articulate technical solutions in depth (WHY + HOW). Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving.Clear technical communication.Highly execution-driven and technical profile (hands-on).
