This role is responsible for leading the development of scalable iOS applications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers across the team.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strong coding expertise with architectural ownership and modern mobile development practices, including adoption of scalable patterns such as Composable Architecture (TCA). Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of iOS applications using SwiftDrive adoption of modern architectural patterns, including Composable Architecture (TCA)Implement and guide integration of GraphQL APIsMentor and support mid-level and senior engineersCollaborate with design teams using FigmaDefine and enforce standards for UI component librariesOptimize performance (including image processing and rendering)Lead implementation of automated testing strategiesOversee CI/CD pipelines and release processes (TestFlight)Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategyEnsure high-quality documentation and engineering standardsRequired Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in iOS developmentStrong expertise in SwiftHands-on experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIsProven experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineersStrong experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)Experience collaborating with design teams using FigmaExperience with CI/CD pipelines and release automationExperience implementing automated testing frameworksStrong understanding of performance optimizationExperience working in agile environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsEnglish proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.What we offer:At Apex systems it is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and feel an important part of the organization.
