You'll lead Zoom trainings, answer questions clearly, and represent our brand with professionalism. **What You'll Do**
- Train clients via Zoom and recorded video walkthroughs
- Guide users through Smart platform features step-by-step
- Provide calm, confident assistance and client support
- Represent Smart with professionalism and patience **Requirements**:
- Excellent English
- clear, soft-spoken, confident
- 1+ year in training, onboarding, or support
- Reliable internet, webcam, and mic
- Presentable on camera (clean background, business attire)
