Location : CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro | This position follows a hybrid (on-site and remote) work model . Role & Responsibilities- Lead and manage SAP ABAP development teams across AMS (Operate) and enhancement initiatives- Own technical solution design, code quality, and performance optimization in SAP environments- Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents, problems, and critical changes- Ensure delivery excellence through SLA adherence, risk management, and governance- Collaborate with functional consultants, Basis teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across SAP applications- Mentor, coach, and develop ABAP consultants across different seniority levels- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, and transformation programs- Provide clear status reporting and client communication in integral delivery modelsRequired Experience- 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development- Proven experience working in SAP AMS / Operate models- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing deliverables- Strong exposure to SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments- Experience working with global / onshore–offshore delivery teamsCore SAP Technical Skills- ABAP & ABAP OO- Reports (ALV, Classical)- Interfaces ( IDOC, BAPI, ALE, RFC )- Enhancements ( User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots )- Conversions ( BDC, LSMW )- Debugging and performance tuning- SAP Data Dictionary (tables, views, structures)Leadership & Soft Skills- Strong people management and mentoring capabilities- Excellent client-facing communication skills- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex technical landscapes- Proven delivery leadership in high-pressure environmentsEducation & Certifications (Preferred)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- SAP ABAP / SAP S/4HANA certifications- ITIL certification- Agile / Scrum certifications Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5v670l
