About the Opportunity Industrial equipment company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager for its Latin America operations based in Mexico City.This is the sole HR professional for an office of approximately 54 employees, with remote technicians spread across Mexico and service coverage extending into Colombia, Central America, Peru, and Bolivia.This is a full-scope HR generalist role.You will be accountable for the day-to-day HR function across the entire Mexican operation, including:Payroll coordination with a third-party local provider.Employee relations, conflict resolution, and serving as the trusted, neutral resource between employees and senior management.Compliance with Mexican federal and local labor law.HR data management and system administration, including participation in an upcoming Workday implementation planned for Q******. Recruitment coordination.Reporting functionally to HR leadership in the United States, with a dotted-line relationship to the local General Manager.Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.Proven experience as an HR generalist.Comfort with HR technology platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to be in office five days per week.Candidates with unreasonable commute distances from the office location will not be considered.Experience supporting remote or field-based employee populations is a plus.
