Distribution Requirements Planner (Xico)

Facilitate recurring scheduling meetings to maintain alignment and ensure execution against the operating plan. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure schedule execution and identify improvement areas. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Business , Science , Engineering , or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations roles. Strong knowledge of supply planning principles and inventory management. Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills. Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading). Continuous improvement mindset with problem‐solving capability. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP, APO, or BW strongly preferred. How You Would Stand Out APICS CPIM certification or equivalent credentials. Previous experience working with external manufacturing partners. Background in KPI development and performance analytics.
