- **Shape Technology**: Provide guidance on architecture, design, and best practices for front-end and back-end development. **About You**: You're a fit for the role of **Software Development Manager, AI** if your background includes:
- **Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Equivalent Experience.
- **Software Engineering Experience**: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a demonstrated history of leading the development of scalable, web-based solutions. Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- **Back-end Proficiency**: Strong familiar or experience with popular Python frameworks, including Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- **Front-end**Proficiency**:Skilled in using modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar, along with TypeScript and Node.js. F
- **Data Engineering and MLOps Background**: Solid foundation in data engineering or machine learning operations (MLOps).
- **Cloud Technology Experience**: More than 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for AWS.
- **DevOps Practices**: Well-versed in DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- **AI Framework Knowledge**: Familiar with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face, as well as GenAI concepts like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
- **Agile Development Experience**: Experienced in agile development methodologies.
- **AI Tools**:Experience in using AI-powered tools in SDLC is required.
- **Managerial Experience**:3+ years of managing engineering teams, with success in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing talent.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
