Sr Backend Software Engineer (Xico)

We're hiring Senior NodeJS Engineers in Mexico City! This is a long-term project, hybrid on-site 3 days/week.This opportunity is with a 250+ person Product & Engineering organization that builds technology to enable large-scale creative automation for some of the world's leading brands, turning single ideas into high-performing general campaigns. The organization is also increasingly leveraging AI-driven workflows to generate, adapt, and optimize creative content at scale.We're currently looking for:Senior Backend Engineer: Node.js + TypeScriptAs a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:Have end-to-end ownership of a new platform integration Design, build, and monitor data-intensive microservice systems Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients Take part and facilitate team activities such as dailies, retros, and brainstorming sessions Coach and mentor other members of the team to follow best practices and industry standardsWhat we are looking for:Experience in backend development using modern technologies such as Node.js and Typescript Experience in building robust, complex, and distributed web applications Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace Strong collaboration skills & ability to coach other engineers in the teamWe're looking for engineers who:
• Have 6+ years of experience building complex web applications
