This position is needed to develop and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Twilio's phone numbers products. Twilio is looking for a Director of Product to lead the Phone Numbers product team. You will understand the needs of our customers and build products that solve that need at global scale. Leading a team of product managers and working with engineering counterparts, you will craft and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Messaging at Twilio. This role will work cross-functionally with teams across Twilio to understand phone number needs and enable customers to get numbers when and wherever they need. Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio's phone number products, taking into account Twilio's global growth strategy, regulatory needs, and scalable operations that make our customers successful on Twilio Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and the rest of Communications Product teams to ensure alignment on the best strategic direction and market opportunities Launch innovative phone number products from the infrastructure layer up and lead critical new initiatives for Twilio that open up new markets Manage a global team of product managers and mentor them to succeed in building and executing to the vision Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. Minimum of 10+ years of Product Management or related experience building customer-facing cloud products for businesses (B2 B) or developers Experience growing a team of product managers You're not shy about diving in deep with engineering, sales, legal, or the customer. This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
