HR Support (Country Club)

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as HR Support. No experience is required, we will provide full training. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, and ready to grow with us. This position plays a key role in helping with communication, scheduling, hiring support, and payroll assistance for our team of employees. If you are detail-oriented, good with computers, and enjoy helping people, this job is for you. Responsibilities
- Check and respond to employee calls, messages and emails
- Collect hours worked by employees to send to payroll
- Review and respond to job applicants
- Conduct pre-screen interviews
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Keep HR records and Monday.com boards updated
- Support HR team with day-to-day tasks Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good spelling and grammar
- Strong communication and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and think ahead
