Senior Web Developer & SEO Manager (Cancún)

- with operations in 30+ countries and over 15 years of proven excellence. We are expanding our digital infrastructure to scale global visibility and online learning ecosystems.

We seek an **on-site Senior Web Developer & SEO Manager** for immediate full-time placement in **Cancún, Mexico**, joining our international group of companies.

You will lead the **entire digital ecosystem**
- overseeing site development, multilingual architecture, global SEO growth, and data-driven performance tracking. You will also coordinate with marketing and media teams across **Global Stem Cells Group’s ecosystem**, ensuring brand consistency between **ISSCA** and other affiliated entities.

- Relocate to or currently reside in **Cancún, Mexico, on-site office position**:

- Full ownership across all web domains, with proven experience **hiring and directing external developers** during peak periods
- **Advanced SEO expertise** with measurable results in international expansion
- Weekend availability during scheduled events (~1 per month on average, 15/year)

**Technical Requirements**
- 5+ years of web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP)
- **WordPress** is our main CMS
- Demonstrated SEO success expanding organic reach into **international markets** (Asia, Europe, Middle East)
- Proven ability to:
- Increase international organic traffic and keyword visibility across 5 regional domains
- Reduce bounce rates and optimize funnel conversions for integral event pages
- Lead technical SEO audits, schema implementation, and link acquisition campaigns
- Mastery of analytics tools (**Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs**)
- Proficiency in **Google Tag Manager** and **Conversions API** tracking
- Experience managing **payment gateways**, cart/checkout optimization, and **conversion rate optimization (CRO)**:

- CDN implementation and site performance optimization
- Experience creating high-converting **marketing/sales landing pages**:

- **Mobile-first, responsive design** execution
- Multi-language website architecture and **hreflang** best practices

**Operational Requirements**
- Autonomous problem-solver requiring mínimal supervision
- Manage website infrastructure during high-traffic international event periods
- Hire, direct, and manage freelance developers or vendors during workload peaks
- Work directly with the leadership team to align digital growth strategies with business objectives
- Understanding of medical/scientific content and **regenerative medicine industry** is a strong plus
- Project management tools experience Asana (our main one), Trello, Notion, Clickup etc.

**Language**
- **Bilingual English/Spanish** preferred
- English fluency is mandatory
