Descripción
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing phone and email support to end-users within a diverse and inclusive company environment. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.

The individual will serve as a liaison between end-users and other internal support teams, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved in accordance with established IT processes and standards.

Responsibilities

Pre-Onboarding Prep, Asset Provisioning & Logistics, Access Management, Onboarding & Security Training and Data Backup & Transfer

Troubleshoots software, and network operating problems and involves technical resources to ensure resolution.

Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.

Adhere to resolution/escalation times to minimize the impact on our customers and continually strive for improved performance.

Install/Configure software applications and hardware solutions

Endorse and apply upgrades to systems to ensure durability.

Responsible for providing detailed documentation regarding your tickets and providing follow-up with clients in a timely manner

Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, as may be amended from time to time.

Contribute to a positive user experience by delivering professional and empathetic support.

Qualifications

~3+ years working experience in a Technical Help Desk Environment providing support to a general customer base.

~ Hands on experience with Office 365 applications and administration.

~ Perform 1st level domain admin tasks in Microsoft Active Directory

~ Experience working with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure

~ Must be able to work independently.

~ Strong analytical skills.

~ Strong English (verbal and written) skills.

~ Ability to develop strong customer relationships through a collaborative, consultative, reliable, and empathetic approach
