Our continued success depends on it!**Job Title:**Trainee, Software**Department:** – SW Mobile & Cloud COE**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt**Position Overview:**Insulet Corporation, maker of the OmniPod, is the leader in tubeless insulin pump. Insulet is looking for a self-motivated Trainee of Software Development to be a part of the development effort related to product development and product modifications. The position is responsible for ensuring that software for on-market products has been effectively and efficiently verified and validated prior to its release and that these designs effectively meet their requirements. Software engineering efforts are lifecycle oriented, beginning during product requirements development and continuing throughout its lifetime. This position will also assist with the implementation of software development tools to improve the overall quality of software, including peer reviews, software hazard analysis, requirements traceability, software code analysis/code coverage, defect tracking, software metrics, configuration management, software supplier quality, and software tool validations.**Responsibilities:*** Learn related departmental processes and procedures* Assist team in identifying and/or creating new processes and/or program improvements* Create, support, and maintain documentation needs* Perform data entry and/or analysis; assist in problem solving activities* Use of tools, techniques, databases and/or systems related to areas of assignment* Investigating root cause analysis, fixing software issues.* Performs other duties as required**Education and Experience:****Minimum Requirements:*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in final semesters or within 6 months of graduation**Preferred Skills and Competencies:*** Experience programming* Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.* Demonstration of an accomplished software project is big plus, may be in school or as a hobby.**Physical Requirements (if applicable):*** None #J-18808-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5tten7
