This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in quality assurance within a global manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities**Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality metrics.Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to corrective actions.Aid in the documentation and revision of quality-related procedures and work instructions.Conduct basic inspections of materials, in-process components, or finished goods.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality discrepancies.Learn and apply Jabil's quality management system principles.Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Job Qualifications**Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Quality Management, or a related technical field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Basic understanding of quality principles or desire to learn.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to read and understand technical documentation (e.g., blueprints, specifications) is a plus.Kaizen event with improvement planImprove metric (yield)kaizen blitz 1 per monthTEN CUIDADO CON LOS FRAUDES: Las oportunidades laborales legítimas en Jabil se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web oficial Jabil.com.
