- Title: Product Manager (open to Senior / Lead if very strong, IC-focused)
- Client: Retail
- Location: Mexico (strong preference for Guadalajara – GDL or nearby candidates); role is 95% remote
- Seniority: Mid to Sr. Product Manager (not entry level) Profile focus We need experienced Product Managers who are passionate about building cross‑platform customer experiences (retail + digital), ideally with strong e‑commerce and mobile background. Target people who have worked closely with marketing, store/retail operations, technology, and 3rd‑party partners to design and launch customer-facing products. Core responsibilities
- Own cross‑platform customer experiences (web, mobile web, apps, retail touchpoints).
- Work in an agile environment to define requirements and create user stories for technology teams.
- Document customer, business, and functional requirements; write use cases, personas, measurement plans, and A/B testing plans.
- Participate in wireframes, user flows, and overall UX requirements; manage UAT and sprint demos.
- Partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver features quickly and with optimal resources.
- Drive product launches and act as a product evangelist. Must‑have background
- 3+ years in consumer digital product management (commerce, content, community, personalization).
- Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce and/or subscription models.
- Proven track‑record managing a product across its full lifecycle.
- Solid technical background and experience working with software development and web technologies.
- Strong experience in agile product development and related tools (Jira, etc.).
- Experience working with mobile applications. Nice to have
- Retail industry experience.
- Strong exposure to digital analytics, customer research, experimentation (A/B, multivariate). Screening notes
- Prioritize candidates currently in GDL or willing to relocate with minimal support; the role is highly remote but the client prefers GDL‑based talent.
- Confirm English level is sufficient for frequent interaction with US‑based stakeholders.
