Administrator / Operator Quality Control-2 (Centro)

Successfully manage quarantine inventory, coordinate reworks following safety standards in coordination with SQE, follow process standards, including job aids, workmanship standards, ISO procedures. Quarantine aging report follow up.

Strong Safety Culture

Quality Experience – Tools, drawing interpretation, deviations, inspection reports, reworks, etc.

Material Handling Experience

Basic computer skills – Excel, SAP, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Quarantine inventory management and aging time control

Material handling – physically and in SAP

Containment / rework coordination as per SQE instructions

Inspection reports (inspected pieces, good/no good)

Quarantine aging report

Material packaging and preparation for return

Material disposition

Different types of inspections: dimensional and cosmetic

Coordinate reworks / containment actions with supplier resident at Dematic

Tasks and Qualifications

Education: Jr high school or above, demonstrates and applies knowledge of concepts, practices for quality, typically up to 3 years of successful experience related to quality

Skills: Good interpersonal skills, good verbal & writing communication skills, results oriented

Safety culture

Hand truck experience

Hands‑on attitude

Excel – basic

SAP or another ERP system – preferred

Reconcile inspection documentation

Visually compare work pieces vs one another to assess/detect variations

Quality experience – drawing interpretation, tolerances, tools such as caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
