Digital Marketing Specialist (Mexico) Responsibilities Digital Marketing Planning & Execution (50%): Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns in Mexico, including Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC), Paid Media (Meta, Google, Tik Tok), and Social Media management; Develop localized, creative content aligning with Mexican cultural trends.Brand Strategy & Budget Management (20%): Collaborate with Regional Managers to launch new products; Conduct research into local consumer behavior; Monitor and evaluate marketing spend ROI.Channel Marketing & Offline Collaboration (20%): Coordinate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and retail displays; Ensure SI/VI standards are implemented in flagship stores; Lead planning for trade shows and local offline events.Cross-departmental Synergy (10%): Act as the key liaison between HQ and the Mexico team for website updates, translations, and design requests; Provide regular market insight reports.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related.Experience: 1-3 years in Integrated Marketing or Digital Marketing.Experience in Consumer Electronics, Smart Home, or Security industries is a significant plus.Languages: Native or Professional Spanish is mandatory; English as a working language. (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
