Senior Process Engineer- Injection Molding Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas, México. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Molding Engineer to develop and optimize molding processes, troubleshoot tooling, lead DOE and validations, drive cost savings, and improve quality through process control and scrap reduction, while overseeing all molding engineering operations. Main responsibilities Dies and molds design. Provide continuous improvement of production efficiency, scrap and quality levels production. Monitor and report key production metrics to management and develop new metrics as needed. Troubleshooting of molding process and resin capabilities. Quotes for product process and tool. Knowledge of contact with suppliers. GD & T. CNC. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in a similar molding role or in progressively responsible project management roles. Experience in production environments (automotive, metal-mechanical). Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in MS Office. CNC machining, stamping, molding, and automated manufacturing systems. PLCs and industrial automation.
