Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in React, React Native, Graph QL, Firebase, and modern design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma). Strong understanding of Git and experience with technical documentation and e Commerce principles. Language Proficiency~ Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional Requirements Based in Mexico City and available for on-site work. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design&Planning Develop and document scalable, high-performance architectures with a focus on security and maintainability. Create detailed system designs, including APIs, data models, and deployment strategies, adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions align with business requirements and project objectives. Technology Evaluation&Selection~ Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation. Leadership&Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams. Address feedback and adjust project plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Quality Assurance&Performance Optimization Define and enforce coding standards and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable, secure software solutions. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and system testing to identify and address areas for improvement. Compliance&Security Ensure adherence to industry standards and security requirements by implementing robust security measures. Perform regular security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
