Technical Sales Engineer - Tyvek (Chihuahua)

Personal protection equipment (PPE) Technical Sales Engineer Based in Mexico City, the Technical Sales Engineer provides expert technical support for DuPont's Personal Protection Tyvek® business in Latin America, focusing primarily on Mexico. The role delivers technical solutions to customers and customer‐facing teams, supports product certifications, and enhances the value proposition of our products through data generation and testing. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and internal customer‐facing functions; act as a trusted advisor for product performance, application, and compliance. Technical Data & Testing: Generate and analyze technical data to strengthen product value propositions; support internal and external testing processes for certification steps. Training & Education: Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams and customers; develop training materials and ensure knowledge transfer across stakeholders. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross‐functional teams to resolve technical challenges; maintain strong communication channels with regional and integral teams. Travel: Regional travel required (approximately 50%) to support customers and certification activities. Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field). Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of personal protective equipment and related standards; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; problem‐solving mindset and customer‐oriented approach. Experience: Previous experience in technical support or product certification preferred. Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English required. DuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package.
