- 100% REMOTE (must be located in Mexico)- Full-time employment including all standard regulatory benefits mandated by Mexico government- *Professional working level English proficiency required, as the role involves regular communication with English-speaking stakeholders**JOB OPENINGS:- We are hiring several Software Engineers: mid-level (3-5+ years) and senior-level (7-10+ years) with at least one of the following tech stacks:1) Full Stack with Java and React2) Backend Java AND either Machine Learning OR Data Science#1) Full Stack (Java/ React) Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5+ years Full Stack development with backend Java (11+) and React- Cloud development (GCP preferred but will consider AWS or Azure)- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ENTERPRISE applications in production- Leveraging AI tools for faster productivity in day-to-day programming#2) Backend Java with Machine Learning OR Data ScienceQualifications:- Strong Java engineering background (non-negotiable, primary skill), building & supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)- Hands-on experience with Data Science OR Machine Learning (either building the models or deploying and maintaining them) OR experience working very closely with DS/ML Engineers and strong knowledge of the concepts- Knowledge of concepts such as predictive intelligence, optimization, anomaly detection, classification/ regression/ clustering, etc.JAVA + DATA SCIENCE:- Heavier focus on improving decisioning using data analysis and data-driven insights- Supports model creation, analytics, and visualization- Work closely with data science workflows (data analysis, model inputs/outputs)- Strong SQL Server/ querying (stored procedures)- Python (or R) and Java (they will build out the models for engineers to implement into the and then deploy)- Visualization experience with dashboards (such as Tableau) a plusJAVA + MACHINE LEARNING:- Integrating / deploying ML models into production systems via pipelines- Support MLOps workflows (deployment, monitoring, maintenance of models)- Pipelines (Python, Vertex AI) / MLOps: pipelines are largely already built but these engineers will need to be able to make changes/ enhancements to the pipelines- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models- Contribute to ongoing enhancement of ML-enabled decisioning systemsCompensation is based on a set rate card and therefore determined based on level of experience:40,********,000 monthly GROSS salary (MXN)All statutory benefits, time off, and leave mandated by Mexican government will be provided.
