The role owns editorial strategy, the content calendar, and the SEO and distribution that turns words into traffic.Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar across blog, long-form, and gated assets
- Plan and brief content aligned to ICP, search intent, and funnel stage
- Manage in-house writers, freelancers, and editors
- Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Optimise content for SEO and conversion
- Track performance and iterate based on traffic, engagement, and pipelineRequired Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B or B2C content marketing
- Strong editorial and writing skills with a sharp brand voice
- Hands-on with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of content analytics and attribution
- Track record of growing organic traffic and content-driven pipeline
- Comfort managing freelancers, agencies, and editorial workflowsWhat You'll Bring
