Battery Management Systems Engineer (Hil) (Chihuahua)

We are seeking an experienced Control Panel Engineer to design and develop control panels for large-scale battery energy storage systems. This role focuses on panel-level design, including wiring, interconnections, power distribution, and control integration, supporting overall system functionality. Key Responsibilities Control Panel Design
- Design auxiliary battery system control panels using tools like E-Plan / AutoCAD Electrical / SolidWorks
- Create detailed wiring diagrams and panel layouts
- Ensure proper component selection and system connectivity Electrical Integration
- Design power and control wiring between PCBs, panels, and system components
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety requirements
- Support integration between panel-level and board-level systems Collaboration
- Work closely with PCB designers and electrical/system engineering teams
- Support system-level integration and troubleshooting Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in control panel design
- Strong experience with E-Plan (preferred) or AutoCAD Electrical / SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, control systems, and power distribution
- Experience working with high voltage systems
- Background in industrial, energy, or battery systems Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in battery energy storage systems (BMS)
- Exposure to functional safety standards
- Understanding of hardware and system-level integration
