Job Description

Blend360 seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation program. The role is a 6‑month contract that could become permanent over time.

The program manager will be embedded within the client marketing organization and will work directly with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and external agency partners. The role requires operating without full executive air‑cover, driving alignment across teams that don’t report to the manager, translating ambiguous business needs into structured technical execution plans, and holding vendors and cross‑functional partners accountable in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Planning
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of all CDP‑related initiatives, from scoping through implementation, configuration, integration, and activation.
- Build and maintain detailed cross‑functional project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across teams you don’t directly control.
- Proactively identify risks, surface blockers early, and drive resolution without escalation.
- Ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget; own accountability even when dependencies are outside your direct span.

Technical & Operational Execution
- Oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation processes within the Segment CDP environment.
