Overview

THE ROLE:We’re looking for a Marketing AI Implementation Expert to join the GBS Creative & Translation Services agency. This role will focus on identifying, integrating, and optimizing AI-powered tools and workflows across multiple verticals, including Project Management, Design, Content, Video, and Translation. The adecuado candidate will have a global mindset, a passion for innovation, and a strong understanding of how to apply AI technologies to enhance creative output, improve operational efficiency, and support scalability.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies across creative and translation workflows.
- Lead the implementation of AI tools to streamline content creation, design, translation, video and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with project management, design, content, video, and translation teams to ensure AI adoption aligns with business goals and workflows in order to make processes more time and cost efficient.
- Develop and refine AI prompts to produce accurate, relevant and appropriate AI-generated outputs.
- Monitor performance of AI solutions, analyze data, and make continuous improvements to enhance results.
- Stay up-to-date with AI trends and recommend best practices for ethical and effective implementation.
- Define AI KPIs for all verticals and monitor managers’ performance in AI initiatives execution.
- Support the development of internal metrics and dashboards for AI-driven performance tracking.
- Act as a key partner in shaping a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the agency.
- Provide continuous training sessions and knowledge-sharing opportunities to keep the team up-to-date on AI tools, technologies, and best practices.
